Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using IDB - Investor Pool ("the platform"), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
User Accounts
Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Project Submission and Investor Registration
Innovators:
- By submitting a project to the platform, you grant us the right to display and promote your project to potential investors.
- By registering as an investor, you agree to receive project-related information and communications.
Content Usage
Users retain ownership of the content they submit.
We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove content that violates our guidelines.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display submitted content.
Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the Portal and its content (excluding user-generated content) belong to the Company or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any portion of the Portal without prior written permission from the Company.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The Portal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Portal for any purpose. Use the Portal at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Portal, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
The Company may, at its sole discretion, suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to the Portal at any time without prior notice or liability.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
